Please read the following Terms and Conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and the use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you don’t agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Where we refer to the terms “we”, “us” and “our”, we are referring to iNumbers. All information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, are conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Under no circumstances shall iNumbers staff be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising from the use, or the inability to use, the materials and content on this site, even if iNumbers team members or authorised representatives have been advised of the possibility of these damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Acceptance of all offers are expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions as are all new features or tools which are added to the current store.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.

The entire content included on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United Kingdom and other copyright laws, and is the property of iNumbers. The collective work includes works that are licensed and is the property of iNumbers. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with iNumbers.co.uk. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with iNumbers.

Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorised by iNumbers. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from this site. The headings used in this agreement are indicated for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms.

2 - Contract

The order confirmation, payment receipt or any documents generated upon placing an order on our website or through any other sales channel shall not constitute a binding contract between iNumbers and you. The contract between iNumbers and you shall only be formed upon the successful delivery and acceptance of the ordered services or products by you. You acknowledge and agree that iNumbers obligation to deliver the services and products is subject to availability, payment confirmation and compliance with any other conditions specified in these terms and conditions.

Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the item promptly and take the necessary steps to complete the transfer of ownership. If you find any discrepancies, defects, or non-compliance with your order, you must notify iNumbers Customer Service within 14 days of the delivery date.

Failure to notify us of any issues within the specified timeframe shall be deemed as the Customer’s acceptance of the delivered services or products in accordance with the order. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this contract from the moment of delivery.

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in England and Wales.

3 - Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of iNumbers used in this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of iNumbers, it’s licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and International copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary right laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of iNumbers. Any unauthorised used of the material is prohibited.

4 - Return, Refund and Cancellation

We are proud of the services and products that we offer and work hard to provide our customers with a rewarding experience as they explore the extensive product range that we offer.

Due to the nature of products that we offer - many of which are of a digital and bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds or accept cancellations for orders placed offline or paid by bank transfer.

All orders made online are eligible for cancellation prior to delivery and refunds accepted if requested within 14 day of delivery.

Whilst there are typical exceptions of this rule, we will always treat you fairly at all times. This means that we can use our discretion to offer full or partial refunds when we haven’t performed to the high standards we expect of ourselves.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Upon receipt,, all returned items will be inspected by our in-house experts to verify and confirm condition. Please note that all our items come with a security tag that, if removed, will void the right to return. Please ensure that you return the goods to us in their original packaging - the security tag must not be broken or removed.

Personal numbers, by their nature, are ordered to the customers own specification and therefore, are not returnable.

Whilst the vast majority of our numbers are new, due to the shortage of numbers, networks often recycle former numbers and iNumbers are unable to detect any of these recycled numbers.

All mobile numbers that are not registered to a network can be deleted by the issuing network. It is therefore paramountly important that all customers register their purchase with a network of their choosing as soon as possible and iNumbers are unable to issue credits for deleted numbers (due to customers not registering them)

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase of goods or service, don’t hesitate to contact us for us to discuss any issues that you are going through.

5 - Warranty

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, iNumbers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

iNumbers does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in this site or the server that makes this site available are free from viruses to other harmful components.

iNumbers does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials, services or products in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. 

6 - Limitation of Liability

iNumbers shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performances of the products, even if iNumbers has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

7 - Intellectual property

The website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement there of) owned by iNumbers, it’s licensed sources or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and International copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, other intellectual property or proper trading rights or laws.

The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in anyway, in all or in part, without the express written permission prior to from iNumbers, unless and accept as is especially provided in these terms of conditions. Any unauthorised use of the material is prohibited.

8 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iNumbers, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensed sources and suppliers (collectively the service providers) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligence and wrongful conduct) by you or any other person that accessing the site using your Internet account.

9 - Third party links

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, iNumbers may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with iNumbers, iNumbers has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of iNumbers.

These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nevertheless, iNumbers seek to protect the integrity of its website and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link is broken or does not work)

10 - Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable upon you accessing the site and or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms, or any part of them, may be terminated by iNumbers without notice at any time, for any reason.

The provisions relating to copyright, trademark, disclaimer, Limitation of liability, indemnification and miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

11 - Notice

iNumber may deliver notice to you by means of email, a general notice on the site, or other reliable method to the address you have provided to iNumbers.

12 - Use of site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.

Impersonation of others, including iNumbers or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.

1. You may not upload distribute, or otherwise published through the site any content which is defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
2. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or organisation.

13 - Cookies

We use cookies to enhance the performance and functionality of our website. However, without these cookies, certain functionality like videos may become unavailable or you would be required to enter your login details every time you visit the website as our site would not be able to remember that you had logged in previously.

Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of cookies. However, if you disable cookies, you may not be able to access functionality on our website correctly or at all. We never place personally identify information in cookies. See also our privacy notification.

14 - Copyright.

If you are a copyright owner (or such owners agent) and believe any material on our website constitutes an infringement of your copyright, please contact us setting for the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the corporate owner or a person authorise to act on his behalf
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
3. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email
4. A statement by you that you have a belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owners, and
5. v) A statement that information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

15 - Action

You and iNumbers agree that any course of action arising out of or related to the services must commence within 1 (one) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

16 - Agreement to Arbitrate.

This section applies to any dispute except, it doesn’t include a dispute relating to claims for injunctive or equitable relief regarding the enforcement or validity of your or iNumbers intellectual property rights.

The term “dispute“ means any dispute, action, or rather controversy between you and iNumbers concerning the services or this agreement, whether in contract, warranty, tort, statute, regulation, ordinance, or any other legal or equitable basis. Open “dispute“ will be given the broad possible meaning allowable under law.

17 - Additional Agreement.

The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and iNumbers regarding your use of the website and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and iNumbers.

You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you use or purchase iNumbers services, which iNumbers will provide to you at the time of such use or purchase

18 - Notice of Dispute.

In the event of a dispute, you or iNumbers must give the other a notice of dispute, which is a written statement that sets for the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the fact giving rise to the dispute, and the relief request requested.

You must send any notice of dispute via email to iNumbers. iNumbers will send any notice of dispute to you by mail to your address if we have it, or otherwise to your email address. You and iNumbers will attempt to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation within Sixty (60) days from the date of the notice of dispute. After Sixty (60) days, you or iNumbers may commence arbitration.

19 - Binding Arbitration.

If you and iNumbers don’t resolve any dispute by informal negotiation, any other effort to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively by binding arbitration as described in this section. You are giving up the right to litigate (or participate in as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a Judge or Jury.

Either party may seek any interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any Court of competent jurisdiction, as necessary to protect the parties rights or property pending the completion of arbitration.

Any and all legal, accounting, and other costs, fees, and expenses incurred by the prevailing party shall be born by the non-prevailing party.

20 - Submissions and Privacy.

In the event that you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data or proposals, including ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies or promotions, you expressly agree that such submissions will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of iNumbers without any compensation or credit to you whatsoever.

iNumbers and this affiliates shall have no obligations with respect to such submissions or posts and may use the ideas contained in such submissions or posts for any purposes in any medium in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services using such ideas.

21 - Promotions.

iNumbers may, from time to time, include contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities “promotions” that require you to submit material or information concerning yourself.

Please note that all promotions may be given by separate roles that may contain certain eligibility requirements, such as restrictions as to age and geographic location. You are responsible to read all promotions rules to determine whether or not you’re eligible to participate. If you want to participate in any promotion, you will agree to abide by and to comply with all promotions rules.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of good services on or through the services, which terms and conditions are made a part of this agreement by this reference.

21 - Typographical Errors

In the event product and/or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to type or graphical errors, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product and/or service listed at the incorrect price.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.

22 - Number Parking Service.

By using the number parking service provided by a iNumbers, you agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

Number parking service description:

The number parking service allows customers to “park”“ the mobile number with iNumbers and keep it active without the need for a mobile plan, thereby reducing costs. By parking their number, customers retain ownership of their mobile number.

Number transfer to Network operator:

If a customer wishes to use the Number parking service, the mobile number may have to be transferred to another network. Additional costs may be incurred for transferring the number.

The customer understands and agrees that either the customer, or iNumbers on their behalf, on transferring the number, the customer will be subject to the main operators own Terms and Conditions.

Minimum credit requirement:

In order to activate the pack number, a minimum credit balance of £10 must be maintained on the sim card associated with the number.

Small call charges:

As part of keeping the mobile number active, periodic small call charges may be applied to the account associated with a PAC number. These charges will be determined by the network and be the subject to their pricing structure.

Cancellation and retrieval of mobile number:

Customers have the right to cancel the number parking service at any time.

Upon cancellation, the customer‘s mobile number will be made available for retrieval within 24 hours. The customer understands that they are responsible for initiating the retrieval process and that any associated costs for retrieval will be borne by the customer.

Communication from networks:

If the customer chooses to maintain control of the sim card account associated with a parked number, they must be aware of any emails or communications from the network regarding service issues.

It is the customer’s responsibility to report any such issues to iNumbers within 24 hours of receiving the communication, in order to ensure timely resolution of any service related matters.

By using the number parking service, you acknowledge and agree to these additional terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in the termination of the number parking service and or other appropriate actions by iNumbers.

Please note that these additional terms and conditions are an extension of the existing terms and conditions provided by iNumbers and should be in conjunction with them.

23 - Miscellaneous.

If for any reason a Court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by authorised representative of iNumbers.

iNumbers will be entitled to injunctive and other equitable relief (without the obligations of posting any bond or severity) in the event of any breach or anticipated breach by you.

iNumbers controls the iNumbers service from his offices in the United Kingdom.

The service is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use may be contrary to law or regulation.

Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the iNumbers service from any other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and to the extent local laws are applicable.

These terms and conditions (which include and incorporate the iNumbers privacy policy) contains the entire understanding, and supersede all prior understandings, between you and iNumbers concerning its subject matter, and cannot be changed or modified by you.

The section headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not be given any illegal importance.

iNumbers does not provide warranties or guarantees.

In no event shall iNumbers be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or through, arising out of, or in connection with the use of the service or the contents of the service.

The company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the service at any time without prior notice.

Without limiting the foregoing, iNumbers does not warrant that the iNumbers service will be uninterrupted, uncorrupted, timely, or error free.
